Welcome to Berkshire Property Sales
The old county of Berkshire borders no fewer than six other counties including Hampshire, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire. It is a Royal county, a title it has held since the 1930s. Abingdon used to be the county town until it became part of Oxfordshire and was superseded by Reading. Berkshire has been the scene of many graet battles through the ages including the Civil War battles at Newbury and the Alfred The Great’s Battle of Ashdown.
